What was the turning point that prompted you to lose weight?

 I acquired tired of needing to shop within the plus-size section. Each time I went shopping it had been the most depressing outing ever. Shopping ought to be fun! That which was your biggest challenge? Getting back into the swing of exercising. I started up again around the Jillian workouts and started doing Zumba - once you're dancing it does not feel like a workout!

Have there been any instances when you desired to stop or quit? How have you stay motivated? There were a number of times I wanted to stop! I just kept telling myself, "Look how far you have come!" I also had the support of effective friends who motivated me to help keep going. And the emotional changes I experienced kept me positive. I had been much happier and more outgoing because of my new confidence.

If you reached a diet plateau, how have you break out of the rut? I would alter my diet and meet with my nutritionist. She would scramble up my menu and I would start dropping weight again.

What's your current workout? Because of the motivation of two friends, I have started walking and running. I simply completed my first 5k because of those girls - something I never thought I'd be able to do!

What's what you eat look like? My morning meal is either scrambled eggs or perhaps a slice of multigrain toast with peanut butter. Lunch is usually a salad or a tuna sandwich. For dinner I've fish and some veggies. My snack is half a mug of popcorn.

What's your preferred healthy snack and meal? Bananas and peanut butter are my favorite! I also enjoy hummus and baby carrots.

How has losing weight changed your life? I am so much more outgoing and assured! Going shopping is fun again! I do not seem like a stranger within my body anymore. I am not at my goal weight 2 Day Diet Reviews at this time, but I'm slowly focusing on getting there.

Have you got any advice for those attempting to lose weight? Don't beat yourself up if you don't see immediate results. It takes some time and effort to get at your goal. Don't deprive yourself of something you want; have a small bite and keep moving.
